PURPOSE: To provide recognition to talented young musicians and an opportunityto perform with NYCP Orchestra and Maestro Giacomo Franci on its Young Artists Showcase Concert during their 2012-2013 season .

ELIGIBILITY : Applicants must be 21 years old or younger during the time of the Competition  .

INSTRUMENTS : Piano, Strings, Woodwinds, Brass, and Vocals

REPERTOIRE : Music should be appropriate for a family concert. No contemporary or pop literature .A classical selection not to exceed 25 minutes of a major solo work for soloist and orchestra . Any one movement .

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS : CD/DVD's/YouTube must be submitted to Carrie Feiner Enterprises, LLC @ 73 Fox Meadow Road, Scarsdale, NY 10583-2903 by Thursday April 14th, 2011 . Finalists will audition for a jury of which the President is Maestro Giacomo Franci on Sunday, June 3rd, 2012 .

DEADLINE : Application, recording and fee must be received by Carrie Feiner Enterprises, LLC, 73 Fox Meadow Road, Scarsdale, NY 10583-2903 by Friday, May 18th, 2012 .
